The customer service was amazing, I think it was carlee who helped me throughout the whole process, she explained everything clearly and concisely and answered all my questions, and she was very nice! If I need anything done again, I'll be sure to come back, the mechanics are quick, big thank you to the whole team!

Tamrox was amazing to deal with from the first phone call! They answered my questions and described the services I needed thoroughly and could arrange for me to bring it in on the next business day. Service was quick and the communication throughout was great, letting me know the progress. They were up front with pricing. The customer service was above and beyond, I would return to them if I had any other car issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience! Shout out to Alex for her incredible professionalism and communication skills, she was excellent to work with.

Had my vehicle serviced here for an oil change and I’ll never go to another shop ever again! They were very efficient and gave me an overall inspection on my truck and a courtesy tire rotation as well. The staff were super nice and fully transparent with me. Tamrox has my full trust and definitely will be coming back!
